On March 17, the Swedish Trade Council together with the Swedish Embassy hosted a conference on serious games at House of Sweden in D.C. Moderated by Ben Sawyer, co-founder of the Serious Games Initiative, the conference invited a discussion on innovative approaches for engaging youth in serious issues through the use of games.
An audience of 100 delegates from many large D.C. institutions and organizations as well as representatives from the gaming industry participated actively through questions and in the concluding debate.
